Hello - I'm Katie. As you can see, I am both British and Canadian at the same time. My background has never been very easy to explain, but I'll do my best anyway. I was born in Newfoundland and lived there up until I was 3 years old, until my parents decided that the environment was unsuitable and moved us to England, where I've lived (and moved around precariously) until May of this year. And at that point, I moved back to Canada. I'm currently living with my mother (who moved back in 2003) in Ontario.I have a BA (Hons) in Animation, which, until recently, was gathering dust with lack of use. I've enrolled in a course in Computer Animation at Sheridan College, and am midway through my first semester! It's a great course, and it's even better to get back in the swing of things again! But enough gushing.
This blog is going to contain some art, some really stupid art, some postings of my work, and hopefully some musings too, on the subject of Canada, animation, film, or perhaps something on British culture too. I'll do my best to keep it updated! :)
